Using the Calendar
The calendar tells you what each workout will be and lists upcoming events. It's important that you attend practice as consistently as possible and compete as often as possible.
Make sure you use the calendar's RSVP system for each tournament/event you plan on attending so the coaches can prepare you!

HIT Center
For drills workouts, students should bring running shoes (we recommend Vibrams), sparring gear (we may do drills with the gear on), and plenty of fluids. A rash guard instead of a full uniform is acceptable.
For sparring workouts, students should bring their full sparring gear set and plenty of fluids. A rash guard instead of a full uniform is acceptable.
For tournaments and events, students should bring their full official TEAM KUSA uniform, full sparring gear set (including advanced forearm guards), and healthy snacks and fluids. You should have RSVP'd through Google Calendar so the coaches are prepared for you.
For the HIT Center, students should bring regular workout clothes, running shoes, and plenty of fluids.
